Hi, I'm Céline.
I spent years being great at my job, present for everyone around me — and quietly disappearing from my own life.
It wasn't a breakdown. It was a slow drift. And one morning, with my coffee going cold, I realised I couldn't remember the last time I'd done something just for me. So I quit my job in September 2025. Not really knowing what I’d do with my life.
Journaling is what brought me back. Not productivity journaling. Not 5 AM routines. Just honest pages — and eventually, a life that feels like mine again.
